Going off track a little , bought a bbq on e bayuk 150£ complained it was not as discribed , wire grates instead of cast iron etc etc , so offered £85 for it only , but also looked the company up & got the CEO s name, this unnerved them when i called the name in print, within 24hrs got a full refund . So reaserch pays off try looking up CEO of VHTV then ask for change of name it unnerves them there name in print.
