I’m afraid we have probably seen the last of Fred and Casey. She left some time ago, which is a shame as she was one fine woman, who really knew what she was doing. Fred has tried hard with a couple of young ladies, with no success!

No apartment that have views is useless as long as they follow their directives (where i believe could be the issue here)

this apartment is running empty why leave it open
There is a rule when empty more than 48 hours apartment will be put offline. When managers forgets to tell VHTV there will be a fine.

I have sent an email to every homeless hobo in that city that there is an apartment available. 
they know it, there is one who comes to s___p just to say there is somebody but it is nonsense
