2 off the cams are good now but goldie loggia is still offline.
Unfortunately we can’t make cameras work. We can only redirect this information to managers and then it depends on their and participants reaction. Sorry for inconveniences caused

Of course I don’t, thanks a lot for your help! But I may react little bit longer when I’m away, so if you’ll need some camera like RIGHT NOW!!!, then it’s better to contact support page for instant assistance. In all other cases it’s okay to leave links here:)
What I don’t understand is why WE have to report cameras not working. Surely the so called managers are getting paid to look after the apartments and tenants. Then they have a duty to go online to see what we see and sort it out straight away. Reaction management is the worst, they should be doing much better.
You don’t have to report this. But we are thankful if someone doesn’t mind to. We have instant automated notifications for like 90% of cases. And of course people who watch apartment live usually find offline cameras much faster than managers/tenants/support. My apologies for inconveniences caused.
Cam 8 in Montana is an example. The cats started playing at 12.43 and partially blocked the cam. It has been like that up to now 16.43, so 4 hours and counting. If the manager were to do an hourly check it could have been resolved already. It is not like it is the middle of the night. Just my gripe on a beautiful Sunday morning (here).
We know about this camera. But how can we resolve it if tenants are s___ping? 
They do get PAID to s___p so the manager has to come up with a solution, it is afternoon, not the middle of the night. If a machine goes down in a factory and the foreman is having a s___p, you do not wait until he wakes up to repair it 
In other words, WAKE THE FUCKERS UP 
As an option, but
a) I’m not sure that waking people up to fix the camera is very voyeur-friendly while other angles are available. They are also humans and they’ve been s___ping around 6 hours by now, not 23 as some people do 
b) If they wake up and resolve it, cam won’t stream them s___ping anymore so it’s not worth efforts
c) I’ve already offered manager to put roller blinds there earlier today and she said they will try to achieve that tomorrow. Why fixing it from time to time when we can fix reason of the issue

I am kidding but at times I do believe the cam issues could be resolved a lot faster.
Oh and knowing those two, if they wake up they will go at it like a couple of bunnies so YEA Sunday entertainment. 
Usually there are only 2 ways:
- Reloading camera helps and it’s fixed in some minutes
- Reloading doesn’t help and then most likely need to change camera or wire. Then we’ll need to wait for hours or sometimes days - f.e. Stilfer’s loggia right now requires another wire
