Is it just me or are a lot of the cameras out of sync with each other at the moment.
When I’m going from one camera to another there are time jumps of up to a minute between cameras. Sometimes it’s just 10/15 seconds, but some cameras are out by over a minute.
Yes I noticed that too. It happens more often lately. Usually I do a ticket and they will sync all cams on the site with very little effort. Just do a ticket and they will solve it.
I did a ticket, but specific to one apartment not realising it was site wide. They said they would look into it (standard reply). That was 2 hours ago, and it’s got worse since then not better.
I always say they should sync all site because it won’t hurt at all… 
They didn’t even sync the realm I was reporting.
Was it 18 you reported?
No it was 93.
Okay because I know in 18 might be problems with the router giving wrong times. Maybe there was wrong settings made. Could be the issue in 93 maybe too…
It’s happening in lots of apartments, so I don’t think they all would currently have router problems.
Well the routers get the settings from VHTV. Maybe they did a wrong setting there…
I did a ticket now too. Maybe @VHTV_James or our new friend @BusyBee also know more about that problem? Seems global now.
I can only ask you to stop mentioning everybody everywhere, please. This doesn’t help at all, and will lead to disabling the staff mentions for certain users.

Just for a clarification, are we all talking here about real scene significantly going out of sync between several cameras in once place? Or we’re talking about wrong time printed at some cameras?
It’s the scenes going out of sync.
Examples - If you watch from one angle in the living room, then switch to a different angle it can go back in time by up to minute and watch the same thing again. If someone leaves the living room and goes the the kitchen, then switching to the kitchen camera and it takes them a minute to arrive in the kitchen. When they leave the kitchen, switch back to the living room to find they have already been there a minute.
Yes you described it perfectly. I saw differences for more than a minute in some places lately…
For example this one is more than a minute ahead of other ones…
