Exactly takes not more than half an hour for a normal sized apartment.
If done right it is very sturdy. It is basically good as new. Just some people do not know how to use plaster and that is where the disaster starts…
These are brilliant for this kind of job
Yeah basically what I meant. Tesa Power Strips just from a different brand…
I don’t even know that stuff. Can you get it clean off the wall without damaging the paint or plaster?
Yes. It is basically like some kind of gum like substance wich you can just pull off. I used it many times already. Never any damage to the wall…
Okay. Sounds good.
Maybe that doesn’t exist in Russia…?
They have it. I checked many times before. You can see on the Russian site of Tesa that they sell it there.
Didn’t Tesa also say goodbye to Russia?
If not, the Russians will patch up their broken tanks with that stuff…
I do not know. But even with crappy glue they can improve a lot i f they adress the main issue:
The mounting plate on the backside is not made for glueing. It is not a flat surface to put glue on
Easy solution: Take a board, cut to the size of the mounting plate, screw the cam on it with wood screws and glue the big surface area of the board to the wall.
They can send the cam mounts to me and I can make them a hundred of them on my circular saw. They have to pay for the shipping, the wood and the screws
