Please contact VHTV support with the example to check. Minimal difference (in seconds) is allowed. However, sometimes it may also happen during high load.

I have seen some cameras minutes behind others. I thought this was supposed to have been looked at and in the process of being fixed it was discussed a couple of days ago.
How can we solve the issues that we could not solve with Support?
I stated that sometimes Cam 4 does not work in Realm1. But it was not a very convincing conversation. Sometimes I come across that it is not possible to return to certain time intervals, but it is still said that Cam 4 works without interruption. Unfortunately, there is no solution.
Also, for your information, sometimes the system does not respond while watching live or watching archives.

If camera didn’t work for some period, it can be seen as timeline gap. So, if you notice camera isn’t working – just check the timeline, if nothing is missing, then the issue is most likely on your side. Unfortunately, things like “sometimes it’s not working” most likely won’t help because there is nothing to check and report

In flat 12, camera 4 is delayed by 2 minutes compared to camera 2.
So you either have to wait 2 minutes for the person to get there or they were in the other area 2 minutes ago.
Double displays also occur, of course, when people are in both areas at the same time.
