I’ve experienced the same problem. I have two of these badges, and neither post has a link in it.
There are around 20 here now … since January 
usually 3-5 come at the same time

Nice share of the issue! I’ve disabled broken badge since I can’t change it’s query to fix the behavior

Very good question. It will only make sense and be fair that every topic gets one. I can’t see a single reason why only Ariela’s one to be rewarded with a badge

Maybe you can exchange “team badges” for free days or get free days for each new “team badge”.

I was thinking of Roza and Rosy having different rose badges, and the one who collects Magnolia, Bee, Butterfly and both roses becomes something like The Gardener
