Bug or only 30-day extensions for extisting customers?

Don’t know if this is a bug or if you only want to offer the more expensive 30-day packs to existing customers from now on. I just noticed that when I’m logged in the payment page only shows the 30 days, not logged it it shows all 4 options as usual. Browsing with Firefox on a Mac.


It is the same on my side. Using Chrome and Windows 11

This isn’t a bug but part of our system. If certain criteria aren’t met, some payment options might not appear right away (a bit like an anti-fraud measure).

If you’re experiencing this, just reach out to VHTV support, and we always instantly unlock all the payment options for all of our real and trusted users :heart:

Seems like there is actually an answer

It’s nor related and here is why:

  1. It says changes apply since January
  2. A year still stays but can’t be seen there

Described behaviour existed for years and mosf users just didn’t experience it (for example, one of criteria would be often IP changes) just like I said above
