there were good before but this time may be they didn’t did much for entertainment….
I think they were probably always only coming back temporary to fill the gap until the new people arrived.

Guess now Eva & Montana will rotate back to 87
I think the apartment may be haunted. It’s the most logical reason no one wants to stay in the apartment.
Have nothing to do with the apartment
The ghost could have made them have “personal reasons”. 
Bertie & Adil don’t look like people who are afraid of ghosts, so maybe they will last a lot longer.
