We need specifics. We prohibit the use of blinking bulbs and anything that spoils the picture.
The couple is master in TV makes picture broken.

The point is that you have now opened the door for any complaints about obscured views. Are they apartments or cam studios? They should be able to do anything they want in their home. If the view sucks then isn’t the loss of viewer revenue sufficient motivation for this not do it and vhtv doesn’t have to do anything to f___e them to do anything. Now, you are saying you will enf___e viewing quality.
