O i thought it was in UK area.
That is where my billing comes from
That’s just a billing agency that VHTV use to handle all the payments.
Sort of like a glorified accountant except they take all the payments and do the admin work and take a percentage of the payment for doing so.
Many companies do it as it is cheaper option than doing it yourself.

I don’t actually know, the only thing I do know that it isnt in Russia and the servers that pushout the streams are all over the world.
