PK stands for Pure Kitty S for Sylva, living together at the time.

I did wonder what it meant as well so thank you for solving that mystery.
It might be more helpful to just name the place in full, rather than use abbreviations, if you don’t mind me suggesting this. 
That happens when time goes by.
At the time of the post, this realm was present, and nowadays the new people don’t know i.e. remember.
It’s the same with these long names “Mansion of Seduction” as MoS.
Should there be changes, a year later noone will remember it.
May be we could choose handier name like: " Heaven’s gate with a bunch of wonderful boys and girls " for the next realm.
