Why does anyone have to ask for files to be saved? We buy premium because it’s part of the sales pitch to buy that sub; it is expected that it will all be saved.

50 realms 24 h each per day can never all be saved.
If you consider a thing to be saved to archive, use the feature, that comes free.
After that the subs can watch them as many times as they like – for free --.
The non subs have no access to the archive.
In addition the subs can look back in the time-line for 24 hrs.
The non- subs can watch what they see, on the free windows, and when it’s past, it’s gone.
So I see pretty many advantages to buy the sub.
And it is not too much expectation imo, to have the users tell, what they consider worth keeping in the archive.

Why would there not be an expectation? As a patron, I’m not interested in how the work is done or the obstacles. I expect the product I’ve paid for, which was advertised, and all the points you’ve raised are irrelevant to me, respectfully.

too late, you can request clips to be saved in archive only to a may of 24 hrs after the event.
