Once a buddhist monk was invited to speak to a senior elective class, and quite interestingly, as he entered the room he didn’t say a word, and it caught everyones attention. He just walked to the blackboard and wrote this: «EVERYONE WANTS TO SAVE THE WORLD, BUT NO ONE WANTS TO HELP MOM DO THE DISHES»
Everybody laughed, but then he went on to say this to the students: «Statistically it is highly unlikely that any of you will have the opportunity to run into a burning orphanage and rescue an infant. But in the smallest gesture of kindness – a warm smile, holding the door for the person behind you, shoveling the driveway of the elderly person next door – you have committed an act of immesurable profundity, because to each of us, our life is our universe.»

best wishes to everyone for a prosperous new year , wont be about much tonight got over 200 guest , the whole village as turned up for â– â– â– â– food music and fireworks , lucky for me my nieghbours wont complain there all laying down not taking a blind bit of notice , yes you geussed i live next door to a graveyard

Yep, I stayed up well past midnight, with the help of lots of music, bier and Fernet Branca. And loads of reflection and afterthought. Being the goofball I am, I enjoyed spending the night alone here. Or was I alone?
