I didn’t name Roxy, I don’t understand the confusion as they are very visually distinct but I guess there will be mix ups, people have confused Medea with Mariya several times already and Medea has been here forever & a day and has two very visible massive hip tattoos

There’s no confusion with Rosy and Roxy. They are very different people physically. And Medea is very distinctly recognizable, and not just for her tattoos.
But, you could show me a picture of Maiya and Mariya side by side and I wouldn’t be able to tell you which one is which. If they were by themselves in a picture, it would be even more difficult. They are very similar physically, have dark hair, etc. And, the almost identical names don’t make it any easier.
Is that a carrot under the bed? That seems a very strange place to store your carrots.

Well it doesn’t matter what their names are then does it? One could be called Blue and the other one Pink if you can’t tell the difference between them what does the name matter?

I didn’t get a chance to answer this when I read it. It matters to me. It should matter to everyone here. It’s appropriate to put a name with a face. Everyone should be called by their given name, be it real or fake.
I have a thing about names. It’s just polite and courteous to call someone by the name they were given, or the nickname they choose to go by.
Most people wouldn’t appreciate being called a name they were not given. Most probably wouldn’t even answer to it, unless they recognized the voice or the face it was emanating from. If I walked up to you and called you JJ if your name was Peter Robert, that probably wouldn’t sit very well with you.
