I think someone maybe fibbing a little. 
Would have been going on 2am where they are. I know my parents wouldnât have appreciated me rolling in at that time of night. Maybe he just needed to be elsewhere to think things through.
Well, itâs 11AM now. My parents are usually up by then. Iâm not sure about yours. I see your point though. Maybe Artem will leave to his parents later today or maybe someone is telling a bit of a white lie to us. Regardless I hope things work out for the both of them. Whatever that may be.

Sure, you can open a ticket for that. But there was no intention to block the camera.
everyone is free to report the problem to the technical department of vht allor vht will call them by telephone to remedy this

I wasnât referring to the need for a ticket to be raised (as I am sure there isnât a need in this case) or anything deliberate having happened. 
To clarify, I am NOT talking about people DELIBERATELY placing things over cameras! I was simply saying that if a person in the apartment notices a problem, they themselves can solve itâŚnothing more than that.
