Commenting yes. But reading I think more as the forum is advertised on the main site. So I guess many people click on it to read.
I talked also about the top spot on previews not just comments on the forum.

Yes, it’s still 1 in 50. very few people care enough to come here and spend their time reading the forum. and a lot of forum members are not subscriber, they only visit the forum to watch pics & videos.
That is cheap , When I was living small town out side Frieburg Germany I was paying 700.00 Euro per month.
That’s why the (very large) apartment usually failed. The fixed costs were too high. If I also have to entertain a lot of participants, it can quickly get tight.
Then moods can also tilt, as users may be bothered by the fact that too much “side business” is done. Kyril, for example, later did more on CB than took care of here.

When was that? I live in southern Germany and I can tell you that I am happy that I live in my own home.
And funny enough, the decision to only focus on CB was made specifically because they didn’t make good money on VH.
and it was so boring ! Why paying VHTV whan you can see them for free on CB !
The large places can do well, if they have the right people living in it. but if you have a large place with a bunch of do nothings it’s certain to fail.
The thing with the web-cammers is that they get boring fast, nobody wants to watch the same show everyday 
You have to pay once they go private show on CB, I already check before. There a cost for everything… They have it covered.

If you were to calculate something like this for Germany, southern Germany would be quite expensive.
A house without curious neighbors you are quickly at 2-3000 € (rather more).
Participants, since we have good social insurance in Germany I think you don’t get less than 2000 € per person.
