To make 5000 on a site where you’re “competing” against other apartments like Mikl & Marica, Elon, and Henry & Mira, is going be very difficult. You have to look at those other apartments and figure out what makes them so successful and popular right now? Even Aderyn and Aylin. 2000+ comments there and they haven’t even had sex in 2 weeks. Why? Because there is drama to take the place of sex. With Mikl’s apartment, there is plenty of both sex and drama.
That’s true, but IMO Bella is a lot more attractive than all the girls in the places that you have mentioned, so if they have something going on in this apartment, more people will tune in. right now they are the top apartment without actually doing anything. and they only need to stay on top in prime time to make good money.
My point was more about them wanting to make 5000 a month. Yes Bella is more attractive than those other girls, but there is more activity and more to discuss with the other people. And they might the top apartment right now this hour, but when things pop off in the other places they get the top spot for 5 or 6 hours at a time, and sometimes longer than that.
The views they get; I think that is why you see random people s___ping on couches.
The question is, what do the apartments do on average? What do the TOP apartments do?

I think I heard that the participants should get 70%. VHVT & the managers the 30%.
In some apartments it is not clear who exactly acts as a participant there, since someone will probably determine on his own how he pays the (part-time) residents.
The thing is, you can’t really judge an apartment’s financial well being based on the number of comments they receive on the forum only, IMO only 1 in 50 subscribers are active on the forum. most members have no idea about any of the participants or their stories, they just log in for a limited time to watch some nudity and sex, so the more attractive participants have a better chance of being watched. Mira & Henry Co places, have good following, but they need to divide their earning between so many people. with the right strategy apartments like Amelie & Lucas or Bella & Leo can stay on top for a long time, but teasing alone can only do it for a limited time, as people will soon realise their game and stop watching them.
