I am having to resort to this because support won’t respond and i don’t know what else to do I have been away for a few months but i recently subscribed today and then i got banned without explanation. Is it because i am using a different email address? Is it because i have multiple vhtv tabs open at the same time?
This happened to me months ago. I had an account on my ipad then I opened another account on my cell phone. Support told me to use the same account on both devices, what I did was a no-no. I didn’t know that one account can be used on multiple devices. Hope that helps you
They just told me unusual activity. I think it was having multiple tabs open at the same time because i was watching on two tabs but then as soon as i opened another two tabs i got banned
That’s a little bit weird. I know people who were watching several apartments (or different cams from the same one) on multiple screens and never something happened to them. For sure they had several tabs opened in order to do that, no ? 
yes and before i have always had multiple tabs open and nothing happened but today as soon as i opened 4 tabs i got banned straight away and the only explanation they will give me is unusual activity. Also when i was watching the free cams i had multiple tabs open too but they ban me as soon as i paid which is a shitty thing to do.

You have to log in with the email address you used to purchase the subscription, because that is where the account is. You can change your email address later, but only via support. I just did this last week.
You can open as many tabs in the browser as you like, as long as your internet connection allows it. This is also possible on multiple devices.

I think this Topic it helps for those using a regular PC & cell phone to think about or asking VHTV what we can use or not so we don’t have any connection problems & be banned without explanation.
PS About the browsers I think to have more that 2 picture to picture open is very confused & in the end not to be able to watch any one…in meantime We have 24 hours to watch missing shows of the other Realms

So in reality, if you have 2 or more tabs open, you could get banned… This should be stipulated in the T&C, Privacy Policy or FAQs, which, I have searched for without success…

Please stop speculations. The user was banned for creating multiple accounts. What is definitely regulated by our ToS

Fair enough… I’ve seen other posts that were along the lines of “multiple tabs being banned”, so I guess those people created multiple accounts as well then and I guess this multiple tab thing is a myth?
