My account was banned on April 11, when I was watching video archives.
I have contacted VHTV support but still haven’t got an answer.
it seems like a suspicion to download video content but I didn’t do something like that.
Keep on contacting them and ask them to please supply you with some evidence, that’s about all you can do and they must have their reasons.

Did you use any third party browser extensions capable to download videos?
did you check your spam folder?

No, just used an in-build player.

Well in that case assuming you say the truth I have no idea why you could be banned. Best is to ask support.
I’m waiting for an answer from them.
Don’t wait just pester them for an update.
VHTV team spend their time to bann 1/3 of their members for nothing so don’t be surprised, this site has become very bad on this point
the VHTV traffic fallen alot during the past months it’s one of the reasons !
you are just a number for them nothing more I talk with experience on this site believe me they are very bad.
have you checked your spam folder in your mailbox… usually you get the answer pretty quick… shouldnt take days…
rechecked, the spam folder is empty.
And here comes the random crazy answer, best keep asking support for an update and they will answer.

happened to me too once… months ago… banned for downloading while i wasnt, they use some kind of detection software and if your werent downloading it probably made a mistake… after contacting support i was back in a couple of hours later…
you wrong 
now I can open the cam pages at an incredible speed maybe an update to the site some of you have seen the difference compared to before … there was a written at the bottom of the site with written beta update…
