I do not think so as Kaya stated earlier he is not banned. His name is even still on realm19 apartment.
You know that it takes them a minute to remove a person’s name even when somebody leaves the apartment. It still takes them a minute before they take the other person‘s name off. Why else would they turn around?

Personally I don’t think he should be forbidden to visit his friends as your friends are the ones who should help you improve yourself as a person. To cut him off from his friends could make him more toxic so hopefully they can help him learn and better himself, but yeah, he shouldn’t be able to be a participant and get remuneration for appearing though.

He should be allowed to visit his friends, but not at Tonk’s because Alexandra is there and now that she has a relationship with Terrance, trouble would be inevitable. Tonk just had a conversation with him alone, I think it was about this topic.

Disappointed in @VHTV_James. I can name you 5 names of people who got banned because a guest caused bulls__t or something way less severe then what this guy did.
Apparently there is a double standard here, eventhough their number one rule is “No VioLeNcE”… right…
Not to mention how dangerous it is having “guests” like this over, I hope nothing more serious happens, but if it does VHTV is the only party to blame and responsible, no one else… not even this fucknut as we know he’s nuts so we can’t blame him at this point.
