Agreed wholeheartedly and then some (if that’s possible). I have often wanted to know the nationality and GENERAL location (NOT anything remotely specific like an address as that’s just plain daft, not even a region - just the country) of the people we watch. What’s wrong with knowing just a country…the answer, nothing (at all)!
Quite agree with you, it’s an absolutely stupid rule to have.
Would like to know their country, as you say, why not? What difference does it make?.
Most of us know where we all come from which is good for understanding many things.
I think in some countries streaming like this is technically illegal or at least breaking some laws so that is something to consider.

just remember that most of the things we celebrate today their origins can date back to almost year dot.england celebrates st georges day,as do a few other countries,ve and vj day was not about defeating the germans and japanese but about defeating hatread and the regimes that orchestrated them,some things were stolen from other cultures,the swastkia being one of them,i found out that its a hindhu peace symbol when used properly but it will be forever tarnished by the nazis,so before everyone goes screaming at top volume,research what is being celebrated first,if not upto standard then complain…

I think you maybe missing the point slightly. The issue is not the origins of the May 9th(Victory Day) holiday. The issue is what Russia more specifically Putin is currently trying to do to the holiday. Putin is trying to use the holiday as another tool to spread propaganda.
The swastika originated separately in quite a few places around the world.
I was on youtube earlier, and I was surprised to see that the victory parade in Red Square was carried live by several western media outlets. I certainly didn’t expect that.
i get the point,there will always be those who want to use things for properganda purposes.its something we wont be able to stop ,so the easiest thing to do is not let them use it and look at arinas butt instead
As you said, the swastika was stolen from another culture. There are actually many types of swastikas. Here are just 16. The one labeled ‘Tibet’ I believe is the Buddhist swastika of peace and good luck.

If I remember correctly the idea behind not sharing locations was probably born from near the beginning of the project when someone found out where participants lived which gave them a rough idea on how to find them on such things as social media (their own personal social media), when they get that information that can get used for b_______l.
The first instance I remember is Sveta & Vlad where they instantly removed themselves from the project, I also think it happened to Ary & George and they had to move because of it but I bet there were a few more.
