Anyway, I think that the participants in general play with the advantage that they know that 95% of us do not understand absolutely anything of what they say. If they knew that if we did, they might behave differently.

I have told you exactly what I understood to have happened based on my limited knowledge of the language. I have not held anything back except the actual names of the persons that were used. And, I may be wrong in my understanding of the scenario because a lot is usually lost in the translation

Sounds like debt collectors and some of those are a law unto themselves. They don’t always follow the law.
