only half right. According to nutritionists, the skin, eyes and green areas contain ingredients (solanine) that are unhealthy in higher doses. So peeling is ok, especially with potatoes that have been stored for a long time or that have too many sprouting spots.
but as is the case almost everywhere: the quantity makes the poison. and more than just peeling off the thin outer skin and removing special areas is unnecessary
How many spuds are you going to eat in one sitting for it to be a higher dose? I mean, if you chomp through a 5lb bag of spuds on your own then yes, but one or two spuds is neither here nor there. Nutritionists are such scaremongers. And they constantly change their minds. Fadism. itâs like the whole bananas are bad for you/bananas are good for you thing. Make your mind up for pities sake. 
Or use a peeler like most normal people if you want them peeled.
You would always peel them if you want mashed potato.

I leave the skin on in mash too. bit of grated cheese, knob of butter. dash of milk. lovely and creamy and highly fattening but tasty. because mash can be so bland.

I think you are right on the money (and Seb basically agreed with you). Iâve watched this apartment quite often, Ariela is very beautiful and I enjoy watching her, whether sheâs with someone or not.
