Com certeza, a pessoa precisa ficar no anonimato e deve ter bons motivos para isso. Quem ficaria ao lado dela em um momento difícil, é fácil de imaginar. Mas, creio que é melhor proteger a imagem da pessoa.

If he has to protect his image, he could do it easily outside the apartment, why would he have to come inside with a mask?
It doesn’t make sense, maybe there is another meaning? Is it to pique the curiosity of the viewer?
Maybe just being silly. I don’t think this is a serious philosophical and/or theological puzzle that we must solve.
