At Ariela’s age most likely it is a cyst or Fat Necrosis which is not something bad, she should go to the doctor to check do all tests to be sure. It will be good for Ariela not to be afraid, I give 90% that it is something treatable may need to remove it may not be needed. In future may stay the same or it may go away read about Fat Necrosis ( most likely or cyst) both are denial Ariela don’t worry You will be fine just Check it out !!
PS In Future only if it grows just for prevention Doctors takes it out

I don’t want to cause a panic, but having some unfortunate experience with too late cancer diagnosis I’d rather err on the side of caution and emphasize the urgency of the matter. If really money is the prohibiting factor it would be good to know what kind of money we are talking about, is it a downright predatory health care system like in the USA? I doubt That they can extort anywhere near as much money from average Russians as they can from Americans.
just because they may not be able to do it doesn’t mean they won’t try…
and no, I didn’t take it as panicking. but it’s still a situation that needs to be taken seriously.

En parcourant les commentaires j’ai cru comprendre qu’Ariela avait quelque chose au sein. A son age on hésite entre un kyste ou un fibro-adenome, le cancer restant rare. Une simple échographie suffit dans un premier temps, selon le résultat on complète par une mammo ou pas. Une echo coute aux alentours de 70 € en france. Comme apparemment on palpe la tumeur une palpation permet déjà d’avoir une bonne idée (mais il faut l’habitude, bien sur). A priori pas de quoi s’affoler mais, bien entendu, une échographie reste utile.
