Oh, i thought that you already understood from my previous post.
Again, we pay Vhtv (which is only a streaming platform) for the access to the paid cams and the archive. That’s the only contract we have. What is happening further between Vhtv and the participants, is totally out of our concern as, again, we don’t pay them directly. All we can do is, watch or not the apartments that do not fit the reasons we’re watching this site. It is quite simple really

Chicos, hay un montón de departamentos que viven teniendo relocalizaciones y problemas técnicos, ni más ni menos que por los países de los que provienen (hola, guerra), y no se ha armado tanto revuelo.
Dicho esto, creo que el hecho de la que residente de este lugar no brinde lo que los espectadores quieren ver (de vuelta, son expectativas de vista) termina por mal predisponer a varios. Pero ese es un problema que cada uno debe gestionar con su propia almohada.

Doesn’t VHTV pass on part of the revenue to them as payment for the service provided? But in which parallel world do you live? Of course we are the ones paying them, or is VHTV taking money out of their pockets to pay them? If not, how can I complain directly to them about the crappy service that some provide? How can I decide who I want to pay and who I don’t? VHTV owns the rights:

Extremely simple: By watching or not. You only “pay” for what you watch. That’s how this site is working. The apartments get paid by Vhtv according to the views they generate. So if you don’t watch a place, it doesn’t get a single cent from your side
Correct if you’re referring to the technical side. If you’re referring to the content made by the apartments, then you’re totally wrong, Vhtv has nothing to do with the participants.
Can you please explain what you’re calling “service provided” ? I am quite sure that’s where your confusion is

you pay less than a dollar a day for 42 apartments hosting over 600 cameras of 72 participants and over 100 guest , if you dont think $1 per day for all that is quality even with the general camera failures and missing people then perhaps you shouldnt be subscribing ,

The apartment is under maintenance, there is nothing we can change about it. Unfortunately, we can’t send fairies with new cables in minutes to the place. It’s very unpleasant for sure. However, since you were the one bringing up the ToS, I had to point out that it doesn’t break our agreement. Good thing is you can enjoy dozens of other apartments online meanwhile
