Are you still watching?

I’m sure one of the reasons for the free csm time limit is the reduction of dead weight server load. And honestly, as a subscriber, a good part of the traffic I create is from browser tabs that I am not actually watching, forget about or fall asleep over.

So a dialogue box “Are you still watching?” after an hour or two of no user activity might significantly reduce traffic and increase stream stability for those who are actually watching. And taking your hand off your cock to click yes every hour or so wouldn’t be too much to ask of users.

Might be a good idea as normally nobody watches for more than an hour without any pause.

For me, I think it would depend on what it would registrant as “AFK”
If refreshing is an form off confirming your still active, then it would not be a frequent pop up for me at least now.

One thing that would make some people angry about that, would be the ones that goes full screen and start to record activity happening. If said recording and watching goes longer then an hour, it would make some off the longer video makers angry I would guess.

If there is no “oops something happend” or other issues and no need to refresh I could have one tab streaming on full screen for hours without any activity on that tab on that monitor. But full activity on other tabs such as one for this forum.

For me, I think it could be an annoying future if its not implemented well

Does using more monitors and having one tab up for hours count on watching more then an hour without pause..?
