Apartments totally wasted

Honestly, I guess people like Anna. She’s the one who got me hooked. Every day she would wake up and begin to plot and scheme her entertainment for the day. There was always at least some attempt at a build up to something fun FOR HER not necessarily for the audience and she did it without working the god-damned cameras like they were a cash machine. I watched here daily for over a year and I don’t think I ever even got a decent view of her pussy. She even bated in panties. The point is that it wasn’t the sex or the nudity that made her so awesome, it was HER that made it so awesome. Too many of these tenants now are clearly just doing a job to fulfill their contractual agreements with their boss and it’s very obvious. Too many tenants are content with doing the bare minimum to earn just enough to be the lazy bums they are. Most of the tenants just do not live very interesting and exciting lives. Perhaps the problem with getting those kinds of people who do is that those people need to be earning more to do it. It’s time for vhtv to invest in more interesting tenants who at the same time can do it without working the god-damned cameras. I think people want to see the real life of real interesting and exciting people, not complacent, boring, couch potatoes.

Probably true what you say. My idea is that maybe the managers should spend more money on fewer tenants. 1 high quality apartment is probably better than 2 low ones. By low I mean lazy apartments like Stephanie where there havent been sex in 6 months. Low is also apartments where the tenant wake up just to make a show for the camera. Like all the +7 apartments. There’s nothing voyeur about those places, it’s just chaturbate but with better camera angles. High quality apartment is place like Mira & Henry, with parties often and interesting guests, interesting apartment was also Courtney from before, many guests, interesting to follow, felt more natural.

The problem is that these people on the site now are pretty low calibre and if they could earn the same or more by doing less, they would love that deal and that’s what you would get, less.

To understand how “not difficult” it is to find people like Mira and Henry, you just have to do it once.

I understand that its hard, I respect that. :slight_smile:

Suggest an INSTITUTIONAL way to get people to do well, not easy. And we will apply it. Do I need to explain what “institutional” means?

Sure, why not. Let’s here it.

Anna isn’t different from all other girls we have at the moment, it’s only your perception and preferences which all of us have; I remember very well that many people were against joining that couple to vhtv, after vv collapsed; I agree that some tenants are far from being perfect, but this is what we all say here for a long time; unfortunately, no solution has been found yet, because who fulfill the criteria, ordinary working people? Definitely not; youngsters, who wants to party all the time? You can watch them at Benjamin’s place; Pornstars? They’re always away for shooting; swingers? Old and not attractive; so who? Families? Not allowed; so who, sex workers, former porn stars, unemployed, more to come; maybe really managers should try to open less, but quality apartments, but how to get all people satisfied, while me only like to watch orgies for instance and my favourite apartment of all time was Sonia & Paul, while jabbath said about them, it’s staged porn? you see, no easy answers;

I’m quite certain that there have been a lot of people, who would have been awesome and who considered being on vhtv, but declined because the pay was too low.

Mira and Henry have run dry for a long time. They seem to prefer vacations over glory.

I was rather impressed by Henry’s all over tan though, after his return from their most recent holiday! :slight_smile:

By the time Anna left VV, she was pretty much washed up. She was in a bad relationship with Alex who was a mess with a_____l and violence. It didn’t seem like a good idea to bring people like that in to vhtv at the time.

No, you can’t please everyone, but surely a site with so many lazy, boring, do nothing besides have rerun sex all the time and sit in front of cams, is not worth paying for for long. Most of the people on vhtv right now are easily forgettable. They need to find people who want glory for themselves, not people content to get their bag of potatoes for the month. They are out there, but you have to pay to get them. VHTV sucess and failure is based on hope. Not a good way to be successful I would think.

Anna is a very special girl. Love her since VV. On the one hand, she is very hectic and sudden. On the other hand, she is a person of a plan. And that makes her so special. Everything else that you say does not in any way bring us closer to the ideal. Sad but true.

This means something that does not depend on personalities. It does not depend on whether I will continue to hold this position, or if I retire and someone else will come. Will not depend on the personalities of the managers. I would like to build just such a system. How to find stars while staying within the bounds of objectivity?

This is a brilliant idea (I’m a little _____ and I might be exaggerating). I will try to convey this idea to the managers :slight_smile:

Exactly! And it’s this type of person your site lacks and you’ll never get as long as they are serving a managers interests first. Anna had fun on VV regardless of the cameras. These people you have, as hired by these managers and sub-managers, are manufacturing fun for the cameras, in order to meet the terms of their contractual agreements with the managers. That how it comes off in so many places that are run by managers.

That’s what I’m saying for a long time; vhtv needs to set up the threshold a bit higher, and simply get rid of the loafers

You want to say, look for people above me myself? Not that it is not interesting, but it v_____es my agreements with the franchisee a little. To do this would mean first destroying the existing project and then creating a new one. This is exactly the opposite of what I would like.

The problem is, you never know that people are bums until you put them under the cameras. And it costs money :frowning: Which pay off in about 3 months.

This is ONLY forum account. And zero - this is obvious=).
But your approach not good. Idea, statement or project important. Merit is not important. This is basis in University of Business (Western). Nobel laureate can be wrong (Linus Pauling, for example). And yesterday’s student give million-dollar project. It is necessary evaluate the body idea, project, question using same tools, methods of analysis. Easier - no matter who writes, only matters what write.

To understand how “not difficult” it is to find people like Mira and Henry, you just have to do it once.

But you’ve done it before. Then something broke. How did you find and recruit them - Isa&Bart, Domi&Daniel, Courtney, Misty, Zack, Juliet, Spartak, girl who spoke English and French, Alisa before relationship? And why interesting people appear regularly before. But in last year+ they not arrived?

you see, no easy answers;

Have different categories of people. Now balance goes to lying&boring people on bed, pussy cams and webcams.

In recent days, there has been an increase activity in apartments. This is positive signal.

And VHTV - I not written anything bad anywhere.

  • Fines - well, if participants make post on CC about terrible fines for guest incident. Then they stop partying and leave at end of month. What is the conclusion?
  • When, due to 10 second v_______n, apartment is closed for 10-12 hours. This is also bad. This needs to be corrected. Ideally, at start.
  • Cameras. Hopefully first campacks go to active apartments with spontaneous action. Agnia or another pussy-cam girl can easy make lights and current equipment ok. Serious problems when light is bad (not dark and not light). Sensitivity is not enough.

Interesting, I never thought about the cost of internet in the states to be expensive, i think on avg it’s 50 a month. Also, To be in impoverished in the US your income has to be below $2100 per month, so 300-400 is destitute! Thanks for the insight.

Wow it actually looks like we’re all coming to a consensus on the problems and solutions without ripping each other apart lol.

Suggestions- why not get larger apartments with 3 bedrooms at minimum. When someone wants to join with their own apartment they first have to stay there and watch if they’re boring or earning income. If they are earning money then upgrade to have their own place, if they arent popular then they have to leave and a replacement comes in. This way its not wasting money on setting up a new place for a puss to cam girl, or agnia and candyred.

And personally i’d like a like/dislike button to let the participants know im not happy with them lol. But this isnt something that has to be done
