Apartments totally wasted

vhtv is not going to change absolutely anything about the project and it doesn’t give a s__t about the ideas you offer, I don’t know why you’re wasting your time. The project will continue the same as these years.

I agree with this. Address questions, concerns, and comments in a professional way and dont engage in a back and forth. While we should also be respectful of VHTV as well, it’s not always going to be the case. But as the owner of the business there are higher expectations placed on VHTV than Amy. I think Amy made a point when asking what measures would be taken. I didnt see that as being a combative question and deserving of the kind of response that was given.

The key is to not take it personally and ask for constructive feedback if someone is actually being combative. If they can’t do that then they just want to complain and be an ass hole. I’m actually looking to see what can be done to improve my experience as a vieiwer. I think one would be to focus on quality and not quantity. And thanks VHTV for being here to answer questions

So what will be done about do nothing people like Agnia and Candy? They have a sweet deal to get free housing to lay on their assess all day.

that’s probably quite simple. As long as they can afford staying here they will stay here.

Why are you here then? I am beyond confused!

I have already answered this question - we ourselves do not hire participants, it is done by franchisee managers. And they welcome absolutely everyone, of all genders, genders and nationalities. But this is financially very difficult to implement - the income level of such people in their homeland is significantly higher than the average for the models of our project.

Adding to that point, we are also welcome to meet new managers, who are interested launching Houses in their GEOs.

VHTV always supports manager’s projects both with finances & expertise, given the fact the project is justified in terms of financial sustainability.

Of course, you are right, everything will be so.

See the real problem? VHTV and the managers are either too cheap to afford better talent or they just aren’t earning enough to pay for better talent, much less branch out of these destitute locations. I’m shocked that Marla and Hector have been allowed to stay on as long as they have. But then again they are their own managers and so no skimming middle man to please. Anyways, here’s the point I’m trying to make. Among the desperate, more money doesn’t yield more interesting tenants, it actually has the opposite effect and what happens is they realize they can earn the same for doing less.

NO! I’m not suggesting that the VHTV and the managers simply pay for more cam shows from people who would otherwise be complacent. I’m talking about paying higher calibur tenants who actually do have more interesting lives, but would never join such a project for peanuts.

You speak as if it is something bad. Look, you don’t pay for a subscription, and that’s it, we don’t have enough money for anything good. Only for the bad.

So which is it, the managers don’t earn enough to pay for a higher calibur talent or they just aren’t willing to invest in them? Why are you just waiting around for new managers to sign up? Shouldn’t you be investing your own money finding them?

Yes, managers don’t make enough money to invest in more EXPENSIVE talent. Quality doesn’t always follow price. Therefore, we try, as we can, on our part, to maximize the profits of managers. And where did you get the idea that we don’t invest in looking for new managers?

And see there is the issue. The talent you have is too complacent and as they make more, they have learned that they can get away with doing less and so they do. Plus, the fear of getting fined cools them into doing ping pong and twister for views.

Not to mention the all too popular cam sit show. I think that slave girl in Maddy’s place has lost range if motion in her limbs and may have bed sores from sitting in front cams for so long.

It seems to you that this is the problem, but it seems to us that it is different.

I guess the amount you are earning has made you complacent too then. Well, here’s to hope then, cause that seems to be the strategy.

Give example of tenants of higher calibre, who exactly you would like to see; just don’t tell me you want to see more people like Marla and her husband; they’re ok, and I’m sure have interesting life and jobs, but let’s be honest, in vhtv this is a third league, so what exactly people you would like to watch, because I’m always confused when you say you want to see interesting life of others; you probably realize that such people live their dreams mostly outside the flats, and usually they’re not so willing to share their secrets, aren’t they; so what kind of people exactly you would try to recruit

Hi! Could an american who doesnt speak russian join? Why is it hard to find talent in other geos, or set up shop there and import talent? Why not import people from other geos that are english speakers into the cheaper geos. The countries have millions of people and not all of them have a high income ha

Already had, and didn’t last much time.

The first thing you need to know is that the high average income in a country is usually simply offset by the cost of living in that country. The average income in Russia is about US $ 300-400 per month. I think in the US this is about the level of poverty. Our models earn a lot more than that, but it’s still close to US unemployment benefits. Add to this the high cost of rental housing, and the VERY high cost of the Internet (yes, the US is the most backward developed country in the world for the development of the Internet for private users). Putting it all together, you get the operating cost 3-4 times higher.
Second, with a high probability, for this money you will get a couple of people sitting in front of the TV, eating popcorn and lazily talking in English a couple of times in half an hour.
