I’m a little behind in my reading, but this guy looks like a kid, no more than 12 or 13. He has no hair anywhere on his body, not even under his arms, or on his forearms.

Hey Max, is your app putting this nearly transparent watermark on your pictures, or is that VHTV? It’s not English, and it’s not even on all of your pics, which is even stranger (unless it’s in a different spot on each picture, which I didn’t check for). I was just curious. Thanks.
If you switch to full screen mode on VHTV, the page briefly explains that you can return by pressing ESC.
If you then save the picture too quickly, the shadow is still there.

Gotcha. Thanks for that clarification.
He has a similar physique to my twins when they were 15. They then started water polo and developed immensely and today, at almost 22, they are huge. I don’t think it is allowed to enter VHTV at that age. Here in the Iberian Peninsula, it is only allowed at 18.

You’re right. 18 is the minimum age to appear on VHTV.

Everyone who participates in VHTV is documented with an identity card. So under 18 years nothing runs

As far as I’m aware, he’s not a participant, and you’re right, VHTV is usually diligent about checking the age of anyone who enters a realm, especially if they look young. Jasper and I spoke about 18 being the minimum age, but sometimes things fall through the cracks, and I did say he looks like a kid.
Small (smart ass) improvement:
It is up to the managers (and perhaps the participants) to ensure that the age limit is adhered to.
VHTV shifts the responsibility here to the managers, as according to its own statements it only has a contractual relationship with them.
