How is it blocking when there’s still 4-5 camera’s which do capture everything?

This is the first trans man I’ve seen on VHTV…
Was here before, they started shooting up in the bathroom while hiding cams
If I am correctly informed, trans men and LGBTQ people in general currently live under extremely difficult conditions in their country, both legally and socially. That’s why I’m surprised to see someone like that so freely in front of public cameras publicly accessible cameras.
In fact, these are not even close to be public cameras

also isn’t the country they’re in unable to access the site without a vpn for security reasons ( I hope this okay to say this please if not delete)
