I’ve noticed this too, jumping skipping and freezing on all camera’s. I tried to open a ticket but I can’t submit it. I get a message saying support not available for me???
Idk yet. I submitted ticket but no reply

Yes, the cameras constantly freezing up. Its the only apartment that I have seen that has this problem. I hope they fix this soon. need more people to send in a complaint to get them to fix it.
