Andreza has seemed a little tired or lonely lately. But she is a beautiful woman. And I believe that this whirlwind, this girl who is always on the go, won’t stay alone for long.
This apartment needs this action.

The interesting thing is that she sporadically “lives” alone in the apartment where even the refrigerator and freezer have been turned off and empty for days.

I assumed that was because she did not want to break the vacant apartment rules before whatever comes next i.e. relocation or closure.
Has Andreza ever been alone in an apartment for so long?
Not since I have been watching. I would like to think she is recruiting a younger less argumentative team but I have to confess that is unlikely. Still a treat to see her, albeit fleetingly.
I already said that I don’t think Andreza will stay single for long. Because she’s also very attractive.
She’ll always find men, she just needs to go to a single party.
We’ll have to wait and see what kind of clientele she meets.
But there’s always potential.
If she is preparing for a relocation, that could be some time.

It is really quite strange what is going on. My guess is that their next destination fell through at the last moment and that they are marking time (english expression) until the next.
I’am a bit lost … Bluff wasn’t the girl who made a mess with a knife or something similliar which made the realm unavailable for some times at end of June ? 
EDIT : Btw, just look at her arms / legs with all these scars… I can’t tell for her of course … But is she really fit to be in this adventure ?

I would suspect that there are few tenants who choose to appear on VH whose lives are not either chaotic or in a mess.
