I thought electricity in those countries was cheap since most apartments leave the lights on even when no one is home…if I were to do this in my home (italy) at the end of the month I would have to take out a mortgage to be able to pay the electricity bill…

Lots of hugging and crying going on. At one point Niia points to her wrist before Mei starts crying. I now have to wonder if Niia’s forearm tattoos serve an entirely different purpose.
