I just happened to see that in the little picture. When I saw it, my first thought was that she could be worrying about Lucas. Oh man. What a tough feeling that must be.
Lucas might have his phone off, as its recommended when doing operations. There is a lot of “no phone” zone and use along the frontlines. He simple can be off-grid for the time being
The same thing that gives them instant communication can be what tells the other side exactly where someone is. This is an entirely new level of danger for people like Lucas.
During WWII, the Germans had Freya and when the British figured out how to use it as a reverse locator, it led to a huge number of sunk German submarines. This phone thing is like that, but with practically every soldier potentially giving away his location.
I hope everything is ok about lucas, To amelie to do not know where he is or to get an answer from lucas

Honestly I completely understand Amelie, No… I’m sure I’ll never understand the way she does & how she feels. Only the one who lives this situation can feel the anxiety all day when you try to control your thoughts as much as you can It depends how strong you are how long can you last?
No one knows about tomorrow, this applies to all of us, But when you know that it there will be a state of war which you did not decide but your country calls you to defend it, it is something unprecedented for all of us, unknown until one day may come to knock on our own door. Those who are left behind to climb a Calvary of their own who live in hope. We must be ready for everything & try to have courage & faith in God as much as we can, & with longingly to wait the Resurrection & the Victory !!

I’m sure there is a good/reasoning explanation for such behavior.
I wish I had a sensible explanation, but unfortunately I don’t, and we both know that it would all be just a guess. Maybe the guest said something strange, maybe somebody’s conscience was seared, maybe…if you catch my drift.
Sometimes Amelie explains a strange situation (Thelma), but without that we will never know why she reacted so coldly.
What I do know for sure is that both Amelie and Lucas have warm hearts, so I conclude that there must have been a good reason. At least I hope so.
I had the chance to see Amelie & Guest wake up in the morning. I didn’t notice anything strange about Amelie’s attitude. I think the guest was in a hurry to leave maybe for work & Amelie even walked her to the exit of the Building I Guess. Don’t forget that this is the first time she visits Amelie we don’t know how long they have known each other, Also Amelie has mind to Luca & this affects a lot no matter how hard she tries not to show it.
I think Telma had more chemistry, familiarity with Amelie, but we also saw how she behaved in the end & I think that if she continues to have problems she may return to Amelie again, because Amelie is smart, pleasant to talk can advise & give her opinion on many things.
Lucas is on the phone with Amelie at least he is OK…!!

I don’t know who seduced who but because I have long time here I have learned that anything can happen. I respect your point of view but on the other hand the situations justify any behavior that maybe would be different if there was no war & all that stress.
it seems like she finally got to relax after the phonecall.

I can soo relate to this. Sometimes I come with fear to look at their realm, fearing that I will find Amelie in tears and it will be immediately clear to me what has happened. And I will reproach myself for not having been more insistent when we invited them into our house but Lucas refused.
So I just hope that everything will have a happy ending.
