Dab on TCP a couple of times a day will sort her out, works on most skin problems. cheap too.

Ever tried TCP antiseptic dabbed on a couple of times a day. will sort out most skin problems. cheap too.
Stings a bit to start with and a bit smelly but it works very well for many skin problems.
