 u guys

Hi both @Amelie_Lucas You are my favourites on here and have been for some time - looking forward to your continuing adventures. I like Bella and Leo a lot as well, especially Bella I have to say - not just because like Amelie she is beautiful but also because of her expressive self. They just need to do a bit more though to get into that top 3; the competition is so fierce with other very good apartments. However I hope they do and you are all in the winning 3! :kissing_heart:

welcome back to the best appartment Pixie…you guys have my vote…

I think Madame Frog wouldn’t be too pleased with that.

By the way, I have never asked this before but presumedly you are French and I have a lot of French friends and they call me Roast Beef as I call them Frogs. Is it common for French people to call British people Roast Beef, or is it my friends’ made up name for me?

Google can be everybody’s friend:

Roast beef is a signature national dish of England and holds cultural meaning for the English dating back to the 1731 ballad “The Roast Beef of Old England”. The dish is so synonymous with England and its cooking methods from the 18th century that the French nickname for the English is "les Rosbifs" .

I am British so I certainly know that but I was asking from a French persons perspective not google.

This is a good article from the BBC, I hope the link works
BBC NEWS | UK | Why do the French call the British ‘the roast beefs’?

If you knew that, you’d know it’s not a name made up for you. The nickname is not unique. At any rate, there’s plenty of content on the internet from a French perspective. Not dissing, if that is how it sounded. What they’ll say to you is what can be easily found at your fingertips. :+1:t3::+1:t3:

I would love to see these two in a classic 69er.
Like, right now :money_mouth_face:
