As there is no plan of the house it is difficult to see location of rooms and cameras but I agree camera 16 too high and if large bathroom need another camera.

Only if once again managers do not follow the elementary rules how to place cams. There were places openend recently with no problems regarding cam placements. So do not shoot the messenger(s)
