A cable they use for testing. Plugging directly into the laptop to test things.
Support can’t do anything. As I said they are lacking good tools. Tim was struggling today to get the thin wires into the connectors. There are tools out there to make it easier but they do not have them.

No it is not. It is on same level and looking where the router is it makes a lot of sense to do like they do. Balcony1 is actually not a balcony but a terrace. There is nothing below it.
