You can try to change the lens or replace whole camera…
The other thing I have noticed, although I am not sure how easy it is to deal with ‘on site’ by participants, is the quite significant difference in sound quality between all 3 loggia cameras / microphones.

The biggest issue there is the big blindspot in the part behind the bar where the stairs go down to the street.

Maybe put up some privacy shielding there. You can get in hardware stores. Usually made out of bamboo
