the first is a bit of a problem. what is usually called ‘balls’ in English is ‘Eier’ in German, i.e. eggs
 and the English ‘fried eggs’ is called ‘spiegel-eier’ (1:1 literally translated mirror-eggs) in German. so the play on words with mirror and eggs/balls is lost when you change the language because the literal correct ‘mirror-balls-belly’ shouldn’t make any sense at all :frowning:
