I will admit, I have been one of those people you were talking about but only when such a reaction (the face palm) was blatantly out of context or just plain unclear as to why it was given. I suppose anyone of us could say that though, if the reason wasnāt obvious.

An emoji facepalm is āused to display frustration or embarrassment at the ineptitude of a person or situation.ā I am not offended. In fact I get a kick out of viewers using the facepalm to react to one of my comments. If a viewer feels they need to use a facepalm emoji as a comment on my comment (my opinion) thatās okay with me. It shows that the viewer has an opinion. I do not agree with that opinion but so what? At least I give an opinion that gets reactions. Isnāt that the reason we make statements on a forum? Of course, probably 98% of the viewers agree with my comments but are afraid to respond positively.
