It did occur to me after my reply, you might not have even been referring to his hair, in which case I’d have been panicking even more (I bet he would too)! 
Oh and yes, of course I know that about hair but it has taken him quite a while to grow and maintain it like this (from what I can remember of his entire time associated with the project) so we’d have to wait for ages for it to grow again!
It just needs a restructure, and he needs to decide if he’s dyeing it again or letting the dye grow out. but if he’s letting the dye grow out a good snip will help. He’s quite delicate featured and I’m not sure a heavy head of hair is really helping. taking a little length off can’t hurt. just to sort out those pesky split ends at the very least.

Dunno. Anyone would think there’d been a load of personal attacks that dampened the mood or something. 
I wonder if Guido still yearns for Alyona. Might explain why he doesn’t seem to share Ava’s enthusiasm. Perfectly understandable if that’s the case (and I should add that it’s also fine if it isn’t the case). I do wish that Ava had some more willing collaborators though
