That isn’t Grisha. Grisha was considerably less well-endowed. Also shorter in height. And his hair was way redder than this guy’s. And curly.

For me Still He is Grisha because of his face “familiar” maybe he can be his relative, and also he was so young before and maybe his body, hairs changed, and he wanted to change his name, whatever,
the main thing he is Grisha or Heath is pure unlucky and yes has a huge blue balls, especially for today
