If he’s repentant then fair enough, I’d be prepared to give him a second chance. I give people three chances. The old ‘three strikes and you’re out’ kind of deal. 
I’m usually the same way but there are always exceptions. Especially when it comes to intolerance and violence. Tim did a lot of physical and most likely mental harm to the guest Mr Crusty. He beat him up so bad that he had to go to the hospital and get stitches on his face. He will now be physically disfigured for the rest of his life because of Tim’s actions. That for me is enough for Tim not to be given a second or third chance. What he did was totally unacceptable behavior.
The worst part was him repeatedly kicking Yasha in the head when he was on the floor - he could have been k__led if he hadn’t been stopped. I wonder how Yasha would feel about his friend Adil inviting this guy for a “second chance”…

Tim isn’t a homophobe. You really think he’d be lounging around at Adil’s, letting Adil take photos of his cock if he was? What went on that night at Artem’s probably has more to do with Mr Crusty and his stupid cocky attitude than it does anything else. Crusty was causing trouble with Tristan and Siora, Tristan is a good mate of Artem, has it not crossed your mind that Tim may have been acting in a protective way? He just overdid it because of _____. If you don’t speak the language you can’t know what went down, or what was going on in the past, away from the apartments, there could be a history here we know nothing about so knee-jerk reactions and a kangaroo court attitude really aren’t any help.
I don’t condone or accept violence as any sort of answer to a problem, but I do accept that young men behave in certain ways when friends are threatened or messed with. I’m prepared to say that Tim may have been misjudged and deserves the benefit of the doubt and a second chance. If I’m wrong I’m wrong, but for now, I’m not concerned about Tim’s presence. If Adil is happy for him to be there then he can’t be very much a threat.

Yes he is or at the very least at the time of the incident at Barbara’s he was. I think the only difference is now he is being financially compensated for letting Adil take pictures of him. He didn’t just beat up Mr Crusty. He beat up 2 other guests as well. It appears you didn’t see what happened at Barbara’s. What happened at Barbara’s was a response to seeing gay acts between men. I might not speak the language but Barbara does and she agreed with everyone’s assumptions as to the cause of the fight.She also agreed that he should be permanently band from the project.
We don’t need to judge anyone but there are rules you must follow to be a VHTV guest or participant. Violence of any kind is not permitted. The amount of violence that Tim caused at Barbara’s was unacceptable. Thank goodness no one was k__led that night.
