All he took with him this morning (roughly 6:15, his time) was the clothes he was wearing - including his fleecy edged hooded coat, a rucksack containing a plastic bag which itself contained what turned out to be some bread which Guido turned into toasted sandwiches, when they both ate at Yan’s place. There might have been other small items in the rucksack, mind you.

I was just taking an interest in what I saw at the time…and then waited until Aderyn got to Yan’s and met with Guido (about an hour and a half after he left his own place incidentally), to be able to complete the rest of what happened.
