I think VH should work towards having more tenants who are their own managers. These are the people who are actually passionate, interested and excited about the project, living on camera and sharing their life with us. No one knows their life situations, their apartment’s potential or what their fans like more than the tenants themselves.
Having a middle level is not necessarily a bad thing, but it’s not such a good thing either. I see nothing wrong with a couple that’s already in the project, and passionate about it, being managers for 2-3 other apartments. However. The issue is when we start to have managers who are not on the project themselves (anymore), but they are managers for a dozen of apartment. Then it’s quite obvious that they’re not in this for the sharing of great moments and the quality content anymore. They go for quantity because they don’t care about anything else than harvesting the surplus. But it doesn’t benefit the viewers, and it doesn’t benefit the people who are actually living on camera.
Hell yes! Finally someone gets it.
Quiz, name the last direct connect tenants on vhtv?
Hector and Marla.
And I think Nina and Kira too, aren’t they?

Yep! It’s gotta be Nina and Kira who joined 2 years ago. I think everyone after them is an underling.
