2 suggestions for improving the forum software

  • My first wish would be a different highlight color for new notifications in the dark scheme:

    The background color code in light and dark is identical (#e1ebfb), but the different font color makes it unnecessarily low-contrast in the dark scheme.

  • Secondly… is it possible to change how videos play back in the forum? Playback stops as soon as a new post is added or even just a new like…

Perhaps there are some configuration options that can be tested…

Hmm… I still have the old colors. Despite clearing the cache, reloading, and testing in a different browser… maybe it will take a while for the change to spread.

I now have new colors too. The combination of these 3 menu items seems to be the trigger.
