My thought as well. I think he had to be circumcised. I had a look at the video and noted he didn’t retract foreskin. I’m not aware of a powder used to add the healing process but different countries have different post surgical treatments. It may be medicated but also a powder to keep the area dry to help prevent infection. Bur it’s speculation on my part. We will never know for sure unless they tell us.
