Your content ideas & suggestions for managers to implement

What is it worth to have a mansion with 4 pools?
if the contestants level is -3.
You haven’t learned anything in these years.

Furthermore I wish more experimenting when placing cams. Why not try out a wireless cat or dog cam?
Or an additional shower cam pointig straight up from the bottom ? Just ideas…
Saunas would be nice too…

I agree. We need more people like we had in 2018 / 2019.
June 2019 had more action than whole year 2021. Definitely an important thing they must work on.

Number 1 on my wishlist is gay / gay friendly apartments
I’m sure it will come as no surprise to anyone that #1 on my wishlist is apartments with gay participants. Also I would add apartments that are aimed at a gay audience, which don’t necessarily have to have a gay couple living there, but where the participants are chosen with the knowledge that the majority of viewers of that apartment are going to be gay.

Number 2 on my wishlist is bathroom cams
This is a general point. But managers put 3 cams in living rooms, 3 cams in bedrooms, often a couple of cams in the kitchen. But when it comes to the bathroom they only put 1 cam in there and place it as far away from the bath/shower as they can possibly get it. I’d like to see a change in mindset from the managers regarding the bathrooms so that we always have at least 2 cams in there and at least 1 of them gives a good close-up view of the bath/shower. Also I would like to see mandatory where there is a shower curtain up that there must be a camera placed at the other side of the shower curtain.

How about all those ideas and then FREE SUBS

Agree. And when choosing apartments manager should not take places with annoying shower doors wich make the placements of cams bad. Jeka should give a lesson to all other managers how to place cams in bathrooms…

VHTV …Thank you for your interest in developing the program and keeping us entertained

A good suggestion for apartments that speak the English language… As for the translation, some apartments are direct and difficult… It is possible to translate them in the archive videos

Would cost a fortune to hire a team for translating that…

have these 3 things you have said been done over the 5 years or so we had a English talking pair but not for long if you are going to put pairs talking English it would be good if they came from England not a Russian pair or other country’s that can talk English we had places with pools in it did not work the pools did not last long ,we have always had gay pairs and bi also i would like to say i have nothing wrong with Russian people i said Russian i could not think of another country

Thank you for the clarification… it is just a suggestion or an opinion

I suggest furthermore as a Thanks to the participants who are the most important part of the project that @VHTV_James should sponsor their new years parties. :+1:
I know CEO is going to hate me now for this idea :innocent: :joy:

Definitely! Amen to that! This should be high priority, as it is not very difficult or utopian to achive either. We have the apartments, and we have tenants, so it’s only for the managers to actually do it!

I can give a few suggestions (for now). It’s more important to improve what exist, then just ignore that problems:

. Don’t open places that aren’t fully tested
. Don’t accept every single house as a house compatible with the project
. Be sure that all cams are well fixed and stable before open the place
. Don’t allow managers to use cams they have in stock for 5 years
. Don’t accept managers/tenants that are directly connected to porno agencies where they just need to rotate their workers for hiper/mega/super orgies. The same to “chaturbate” studios.
. Improve the rules book where explicitly says that nothing should interfere with tenants/guests lives/habits/comfort (as long as not blocking/move cams). And pass that information to support team

The language thing isn’t important as it will go quickly against tenants when viewers see how boring are their talks

Edit: Forgot one of the most important, get to support team someone (or a team) that can check the places in real time or quickly and understand what may be going on there to prevent bad situations for tenants. Surely managers aren’t always trust-able for certain issues exists that may be bad for them or their pockets

Wow, thanks everyone for so many responses. Glad it gets traction already with your ideas.

We might be able to fit that into “challenge”, but you should understand such requests are not that easy to evaluate in terms of completion. There may be a couple introduced to the project who will have bisexual intercourse with other people… for once. Would that count? Don’t think so. That’s why such behavioral aspects are very hard to evaluate fairly. But we may try running such a challenge if we see the bigger demand for it.

I personally don’t see a big problem with launching big apartments, we had and have them. The problem is not the space itself but the way it is being used. No matter how many cameras you put there, if there is no activity, or if there’s just a very bad interior look/lighting, it makes no sense to challenge the launch of big houses/apartments.

I like the idea, but, again, there is no use for pool if nobody is interested in it. That’s why they put jacuzzi in apartments. But those require cleaning too, by the way, and the process is a big pain in the ass I might tell you as ex-owner of one of these.

By the way, we could introduce a way to make donation towards the reward pool itself so viewers could express their interest in some achievements to be implemented. These money would be added up to the budgets our company pays for achievements completion. But that’s not the case to wait for so we could start. We need an initial list of ideas for managers to fight for. We also will motivate everybody in “capturing” the idea as soon as possible, because the reward will reduce as time goes on if nobody completes the challenge.

Yes, this a long-running idea at our project for sure, we know it should be interesting, but it is a bit complicated to implement given our business model. It either requires somebody to purchase the realty or take a very long-term lease. We as a streaming company would not like to do that because of the risks of having a property just as it is. We aren’t realty-developers or landlords to anybody.
This may be done by certain managers, sure, but it needs to be evaluated by them first if this is any kind of rewarding to the studio. Given the fact it is still not easy to travel between countries, this idea is still raw to be implemented right away. But we will continue looking for the best chance to achieve it.

We actually had done this multiple times, including New Year/Christmas and other events. We may continue doing so in upcoming and future events too.

Thank you for listening and accepting the opinions of others

a fine of 100 $ if the tenants stay more than 2 hours per day on their cellphone :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:
some tenants need to do more efforts for make short for entertain us
